One on One Counseling
Individual appointments, often 50 minutes in length, tailored to meet individual needs.
Family Therapy
Appointments that include multiple family members with a focus shared processing and communication.
Family Consultation:
Meetings with the parent/guardian of children or adolescent clients to discuss goals and progress.
Child, Adolescent and Young Adult:
Extensive experience with ages 10-50 years old.
Educational Advocacy:
Assistance and guidance around educational decision making, including navigating the IEP/504 processes.
College Planning Services:
Sessions focused on post-secondary goal setting and task management.
