
Founder: MARC L. SOLODKY, LCPC, NCC
After his time working as a coach and middle school teacher made it clear to him that he wanted to support others, Marc began his professional career as a School Counselor. During his time in high schools, he supported teens and adolescents during key developmental periods in their life and supported them in self-reflection and life planning. Additionally, Marc served as a school district administrator which expanded his knowledge of school systems, support structures, and ways to foster positive collaboration between schools, families and communities.
Marc has developed unique skills in building rapport with clients and helping them to make positive changes. Marc has experience and enjoys working with clients as young as 10 years old, to adolescents and young adults under 40. Marc also works with parents and provides consultation and advocacy with educational and employment challenges.
With over 15 years of experience working directly with parents on challenging issues related to grades, testing and classroom accommodations, Section 504 and Individualized Education Programs (IEP), and others, he is able to provide insightful institutional knowledge and guidance to address presented issues, as well as utilizing a team approach to working through school (and non-school related) issues.
Marc specializes in working with children, adolescents, and young adults on a wide range of issues including depression, anxiety, relationship problems, stress management, and education related inquiries. His approach is solution-focused and viewed through a cognitive-behavioral lens, with the goal of creating a partnership based on rapport and connection to best develop strategies that meet each individual’s unique needs.
Marc currently provides individual therapy, parental consultation, and educational advocacy via telehealth and in-person sessions. He is passionate about helping individuals of all ages overcome the barriers they face in their home, academic, and work setting and, ultimately achieve their goals and experience positive change.

Annie Fox, LSW
Annie Fox is a licensed social worker who works with children, adolescents, adults, and families. She earned her Bachelor’s degree at Northeastern Illinois University and her Master’s of Social Work degree from Aurora University with a concentration in child welfare and forensic social work. Annie has provided clinical services to families involved with the child welfare system, LGBTQIA+ youth, and survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault. Annie’s experience working with at-risk youth and individuals with complex trauma has prepared her to meet clients where they are and help them along their journey as they begin to heal and grow.
Annie specializes in working with individuals aged 8 and older, and families struggling with trauma, mood dysregulation, behavioral issues, domestic violence, sexual abuse/assault, gender dysphoria, anxiety, stress management, and family conflict. She has specialized training for working with foster youth, adopted children, and their families/caregivers. She also offers parental psychoeducation and parent coaching to strengthen child/caregiver attachment and reduce familial conflict.
Utilizing a person-centered and individualized approach, Annie believes in working alongside her clients to create a plan that they believe with be impactful and effective in reaching their unique goals. Some of the many treatment modalities that Annie draws from include Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Acceptance, and Commitment Therapy, and Play Therapy. Annie believes in collaborating with her clients to find an approach that works for them and uses humor, empowerment, psychoeducation, and empathy to create a safe space for her clients to build upon their existing strengths and skills to achieve their goals and overcome the challenges they face in their everyday lives.
Annie provides individual, family, and parental consultation. She is currently offering both telehealth and in-person options to all clients.

Dr. Erin Ludwick-Solodky, Educational Consultant
Dr. Erin Ludwick-Solodky began her career as an English teacher, instructional leader and coach. She has served in a variety of teaching and administrative roles within the public education system and holds a Professional Educator License. Erin’s work as a public educator led her to pursue a doctorate in the area of Diversity and Equity in Education and develop a passion for implementing relationship-based, restorative practices in schools specifically connected to family engagement and relationships. As she has continued to work in schools, she utilzes a data-driven approach to advocacy and hold credentials in the area of culturally responsive data and conflict resolution.
Erin believes strongly in the importance of open and honest communication. She believes in working alongside her clients to facilitate greater understanding and deeper listening between parties, with the ultimate goal of forward planning and growth. Erin provides individual, family, and parental consultation services. She is currently offering both telehealth and in-person options to all clients.
